Terms and Conditions – 3 Patti Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account on 3 Patti. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. This includes your mobile number, date of birth and any identity information requested for verification purposes. 3 Patti reserves the right to verify account information at any time, including before processing withdrawals above a threshold amount.

Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 3 Patti support team immediately.
• 3 Patti will never ask for your full password by email, chat or any other channel.
• Two-factor authentication via OTP is available and recommended for all accounts.

Currency

All account balances, transactions, bonuses and bet amounts on 3 Patti are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no automatic currency conversion. Amounts displayed on the platform are the amounts you deposit, wager and receive — with no hidden exchange rate adjustments.

Geographic Eligibility

The 3 Patti platform is designed for and directed at players based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. 3 Patti does not accept liability if a player uses the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

Exclusions

• Employees, contractors and agents of 3 Patti are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from the platform may not re-register for the duration of their self-exclusion period.
• Individuals who have had an account permanently closed for Terms violations are permanently ineligible for re-registration.

Withdrawal Method Must Match Deposit

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies across all payment methods. If your original method is unavailable, contact support before requesting a withdrawal to an alternative method.

Verification Before Withdrawal

3 Patti may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount or when unusual account activity is detected. This process is governed by the platform's KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Verification requests will specify what documents or information are required and the expected timeline. Winnings are not forfeited during a verification review — they are held pending completion.

Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses on 3 Patti carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and the games that contribute towards it are stated on each promotion's individual page.

Bonus Validity Periods

All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any winnings attributed to it will be removed from the account automatically. Real-money deposits that triggered the bonus are not affected by bonus expiry.

Bonus Abuse

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or using coordinated play to exploit promotion terms is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• 3 Patti reserves the right to void bonus-derived winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
• Players may decline a bonus at registration or in their account settings. Opting out of a bonus cannot be reversed once play has begun.

Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered placed and binding once you receive a confirmation from the 3 Patti platform. Bets cannot be altered or cancelled after confirmation unless the relevant game rules explicitly permit it (for example, the Cash Out feature in Aviator). It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection, server error or game interruption — 3 Patti will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If a round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, stakes will be returned to the player's wallet. Winnings that were confirmed before the failure remain payable.

Odds and Pricing

Sports betting odds on 3 Patti are updated in real time based on market conditions. The odds available at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. If odds change between the time you select and the time you confirm, the platform will show you the updated odds before you finalise. You are not obliged to accept changed odds.

Match Postponements and Cancellations

• Football or sports bets on a postponed match are void if the match does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time.
• Stakes for void bets are returned to the player's 3 Patti wallet.
• In-play bets that were confirmed before an abandonment settle according to the state of play at the point of abandonment, subject to specific market rules.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on 3 Patti, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the outcome being determined. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed. Contact the support team with your bet ID and a description of the issue. All disputes are reviewed by the 3 Patti risk and compliance team and a decision is provided within five business days.

Tier Progression

VIP tier is determined by cumulative wagering totals across all game types and betting markets on 3 Patti. Tier upgrades are automatic and apply immediately once the threshold is crossed. Tier thresholds and corresponding benefits are published on the VIP Club page and may be updated at 3 Patti's discretion with 14 days' notice to existing members.

Tier Maintenance and Downgrade

VIP tier is reviewed on a rolling 90-day wager basis. If a player's activity falls significantly below the threshold for their current tier over any 90-day review period, their tier may be adjusted at the next monthly review cycle. Players receive email notification before any downgrade takes effect. Re-qualifying for a higher tier resumes normal automatic progression.

Cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses for the calendar week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Pakistan Standard Time) and credited every Monday morning. Cashback is credited as real PKR with no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable. No cashback is generated for weeks in which the player has net winnings. Cashback percentages per tier are as published on the VIP Club page.

Deposit Limits

Players can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to an existing limit require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect. Setting a deposit limit does not affect VIP tier status or cashback entitlements.

Cooling-Off Periods

A cooling-off period temporarily restricts access to real-money games and betting markets for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, the account remains active for viewing purposes but no deposits or bets can be placed. The cooling-off period takes effect immediately and cannot be cancelled early.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion permanently restricts access to the 3 Patti platform for the chosen duration (6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently). Self-exclusion requests are processed without persuasion or retention attempts. Once a self-exclusion takes effect, it cannot be reversed within the chosen period. Players will not receive any marketing communications during a self-exclusion period.

Suspension

3 Patti may suspend an account temporarily pending investigation of suspected Terms violations, unusual activity or a verification requirement. During a suspension, the player cannot deposit, withdraw or place bets. The player will be notified of the suspension and the general reason, where disclosure does not compromise the investigation. Investigations are completed within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5–10 business days.

Permanent Closure for Violations

Confirmed violations of these Terms may result in permanent account closure. In cases involving fraud, money laundering or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, balances in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. 3 Patti will communicate the reason for closure and any appeal process available.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request the closure of their 3 Patti account by contacting support. Prior to closure, all real-money balance can be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method. Pending bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements will not be transferred or paid out upon voluntary closure.

Service Interruptions

3 Patti does not accept liability for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, connectivity failures on your end or force majeure events outside our reasonable control. We commit to minimising downtime and to scheduled maintenance windows being communicated in advance where possible.

Gambling Losses

3 Patti accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. By using the platform, you accept that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. The responsible gaming tools described in Section 8 are available to help manage this risk.

Third-Party Services

Certain features of 3 Patti rely on third-party providers — including payment processors and game content providers. 3 Patti is not liable for failures, errors or delays attributable solely to third-party systems, though we will work to resolve any such issues on your behalf where possible.
